To lead the EPR Trust-wide training for the East and North Herts Trust in preparation for Go Live in the first quarter of next year.

Job description

You will be responsible for developing and delivering an IT skills and EPR training strategy to support the implementation of the EPR, within the context of national and local policy development and drivers. This includes providing a reliable and cost-effective EPR training service that meets the needs of users and the organisation. You will also be involved in developing the service in line with the strategic direction of the Electronic Patient Record.

Person Specification

Experience: Essential

• Previous experience of leading an EPR training programme within the NHS.
