Role Summary

KPMG maintains a robust network of strategic Alliances and partnerships with leading technology, data and services organisations, including Oracle. The EMA Alliance Lead will develop, expand and manage the Oracle Alliance within the EMA region, strengthen KPMG's regional relationship with Oracle, and collaborate with Global Oracle leaders to implement the Global Oracle Strategy across regions.

The role reports to the EMA Head of Alliances and EMA Oracle Alliance Platform Lead, with input from the Global Oracle Alliance Director.

Key Accountabilities

The EMA Oracle Alliance Lead is responsible for developing and managing the regional alliance relationship between Oracle and KPMG, in coordination with EMA leaders and the Global Oracle Alliance Director.

  • Industry, Account & Solution Development: Lead the EMA Oracle Alliance relationship; support the EMA Oracle Alliance Sales Team; align with EMA Industry and sector leaders to identify target accounts; collaborate on account business plans and periodic reviews; deploy Go-to-Market initiatives and use Oracle alliance funding for solution development and events; support knowledge sharing for local campaigns.

Alliance Planning & Member Firm Onboarding / Programs

  • Develop and approve a joint EMA business plan aligned with global/EMA growth strategy with clear revenue targets and investments
  • Collaborate with member firms and Local Alliance Partner to create annual business plans
  • Organise regular updates with local Oracle country Alliance leadership and partners
  • Oversee onboarding and contracting with EMA member firms; enable KPI capture with EMA Alliance operations
  • Onboard member firms to Oracle programs and portals; coordinate KPI reporting with Global Oracle approach
  • Ensure alignment of Oracle certifications and L&D paths with the Global Alliance strategy

Relationship Management

  • Build high-value relationships with Oracle EMA executives and alliances leadership
  • Serve as EMA point of contact for Oracle at regional level
  • Foster relationships with senior leaders across member firms and EMA network functions
  • Coordinate with other KPMG EMA priority teams to ensure Oracle Alliance visibility and integration

Community & Governance

  • Collaborate with EMA Member Firm Oracle Alliance teams, maintain active community and regular updates
  • Monitor consolidated Alliance-related pipeline; support pursuits with EMA Oracle Alliance sales team
  • Manage governance through executive facilitation, QBRs and cross-organisational communication
  • Work with alliance directors to ensure pipeline, bookings, cross-alliance opportunities and fiscal planning are captured and shared
  • Develop metrics to monitor Oracle Partner performance and ensure accurate reporting of monthly bookings

Technical Skills & Qualifications

  • Agree and implement EMA Alliance plan aligned to Global strategy with revenue targets
  • Monitor execution of Global Alliance plan in EMA and Member Firms
  • Manage key accounts and Alliance-related strategy and business plans
  • Support achievement of annual alliance bookings targets in EMA
  • Strengthen executive relationships between KPMG and Oracle
  • Input EMA requirements into co-funded KPMG-Oracle solutions
  • Manage investment targets funded by Oracle; develop alliance-based solutions across countries with agreed marketing/communications strategy
  • Seek feedback and drive continuous improvement; maintain positive stakeholder feedback
  • Excellent verbal and written English; additional European languages welcomed

Experience & Knowledge

  • Strong alliance and project management skills
  • Significant consulting experience in technology enablement/solutions; proven ability to build joint business plans and drive Go-To-Market initiatives
  • Experience with Oracle platform offerings and a network of Oracle executives in EMA
  • Results-driven, proactive team player; highly organized
  • Ability to work under pressure across multiple time zones; capable of delivering within deadlines
  • Proactive communicator with fluent English; confident in adopting technology
