Job Description

Our client is a leading Equity Release business in the country, currently seeking an experienced ER broker to join their team.

This is a home/field-based role covering the Worcester to Gloucester region and surrounding areas. The majority of appointments will be from home, with occasional face-to-face meetings.

The ideal candidate will be located within this region, as many appointments are remote.

Compensation includes an employed salary of circa £30,000, a car allowance of £5,500, plus commissions. All leads and appointments are provided.

There is a pay rise upon sign-off of CAS and ongoing pay reviews.

The market is picking up, and the company is busy, so they are looking for someone to start immediately.

Applicants must be experienced brokers with ER1 or CeMAP qualifications, or successful mortgage brokers who have obtained the necessary qualifications.
