Description:
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Consulting Delivery team at Mercer Marsh Benefits. This role will be based in Bristol. It is a hybrid role requiring at least three days a week in the office.
Mercer Marsh Benefits (MMB), part of Marsh McLennan, offers expertise in navigating people risks, cost management, and employee benefits. Operating in 135 countries, our team designs benefits solutions tailored to local markets.
This role involves advising clients on insured benefits including Group Life Protection, Group Life Assurance, and Critical Illness, providing a great opportunity to advance your career with a global professional services company.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting data gathering, organization, entry, and analysis for client projects
- Collaborating with stakeholders to deliver excellent service
- Handling client and member queries (verbal and written)
- Promoting continuous improvement within the team
- Maintaining technical and market knowledge
- Quality checking work of junior colleagues
- Participating in client meetings as required
- Serving as a training and technical resource for colleagues
Requirements:
- Previous administrative experience in a professional services environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work with numbers
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable:
- Experience in Group Risk or Healthcare sectors
- Insurance-related experience
- Industry-recognized qualifications
