HR Recruitment Consultant at Eyzon - specialist recruitment within the world of HR

We’re working with a professional services business seeking an experienced Employee Relations professional to join them on a 6-month fixed-term contract, as an Employee Relations Specialist.

About you:

• Strong ER background - able to demonstrate a broad range of cases managed (from simple to complex)
• Confident in managing ER issues from start to resolution
• Able to hit the ground running in a fast-paced, remote environment
• Collaborative, pragmatic, and solutions-focused
• Currently located in the UK
• Available immediately
• Contract: 6-month FTC
• Location: Hybrid with occasional travel to Darlington required
• Focus: Employee Relations – handling a range of ER cases, supporting line managers, ensuring best practice
