This is an exciting opportunity for an Employment Associate or Senior Associate (3-6 PQE) to join the growing London office of this Top 10 international law firm.

You will advise clients on the full spectrum of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, often within a fast-paced commercial context involving high value and complex cross-border matters.

Key areas of work include:

• Day to day advisory work for major corporate clients
• Employment aspects of commercial transactions, outsourcings and TUPE transfers
• Employment Tribunal, High Court, and appellate litigation
• Collective consultation matters, redundancies and industrial relations
• High-level investigations, including regulatory-related issues
• Strategic advice on regulatory change and compliance projects

You'll work closely with a highly experienced team of over 50 employment lawyers, while also collaborating across the firm's extensive international employment group on multi-jurisdictional matters.

• A qualified solicitor with 3-6 years' post-qualification experience in employment law (candidates just outside this range may also be considered)
• Experience handling both contentious and non-contentious matters
• Strong commercial awareness and confidence advising high-profile corporate clients
• Excellent drafting, client relationship management and communication skills
• A collaborative and personable approach with a genuine enthusiasm for employment law
• A proactive mindset and a desire to contribute to the team's continued success
