Senior Legal Consultant at MRA Search (Knowledge Lawyer & In-House Recruitment)

A leading London law firm is seeking an Employment Knowledge Lawyer to join its expanding Knowledge team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Employment lawyer (with or without prior PSL experience) who enjoys shaping legal know-how, supporting business development, and driving innovation in client service.

About the role:

You’ll sit at the heart of the Employment group, collaborating with colleagues across the firm to:

• Maintain and develop knowledge resources, precedents, and internal training programmes
• Track legal developments and produce practical insights for both internal and client audiences
• Contribute to thought leadership, BD initiatives, and client-facing materials
• Work on firmwide knowledge and innovation projects to enhance consistency and efficiency
