Employment Lawyer – Remote Role

A highly regarded law firm is seeking to recruit an experienced employment lawyer to handle a claimant and contentious caseload. The firm acts for professional organisations, trade unions and private individuals and pride themselves on outstanding client care.

Responsibilities

• Handle a claimant and contentious employment caseload across multiple sectors, providing advice and representation from early proceedings through to litigation.
• Deliver high-quality client care and maintain strong client relationships.
• Work with minimum supervision, leveraging available support and training.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience in employment law.
• Good grounding in contentious employment matters.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Remote role with attendance required a couple of times a month.
