Overview


International law firm is seeking an Employment Associate to join its London Employment practice. The team handles high-profile and confidential employment mandates for global corporates and FTSE clients on complex people-related matters, including senior appointments and exits, workplace investigations, reorganisations, and high-stakes employment litigation.


What you’ll do



  • Advise on employment aspects of M&A, private equity, reorganisations and corporate advisory mandates

  • Lead on workplace investigations, culture and conduct issues, senior hires/exits, and litigation

  • Draft, review and negotiate key documents, manage transactions and projects, and build strong client relationships

  • Contribute to thought leadership, knowledge sharing and business development initiatives


What we’re looking for



  • Minimum 2 years’ PQE to 5 years' PQE in employment law (or equivalent international experience)

  • Excellent technical, drafting and organisational skills

  • A collaborative and entrepreneurial mindset, with appetite for high-profile, complex work
