Senior Associate / Legal Director - Employment Law

Location: Reading

Our client is a highly regarded, employee-owned employment law firm ranked in Chambers and Legal 500 for Employment work, with offices in Reading, London, and Bristol. They advise clients across fintech, media, retail, pharma, and professional services.

They are seeking a Senior Associate or Legal Director to join their growing Employment team. The role involves handling a broad range of employment matters, with a focus on contentious work, including employment litigation, tribunal work, and High Court litigation.

At this level, you will be expected to manage your own caseload of contentious matters and support junior team members.

Candidate Requirements:

• Ideally over 5 years PQE
• Strong litigation experience, including employment tribunal matters
• Commercially minded, client-focused, and team-oriented
