Qualifications

• Proficient in legal research and case management systems

Experience

• 3+ years of experience as an Employment Solicitor, ideally in a law firm or in-house setting
• Proven track record in advising clients on employment law issues and representing them in disputes
• Strong understanding of HR practices and the implications of employment legislation
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex legal concepts clearly
• Experience working collaboratively within legal teams and with external stakeholders
