Location: Cumbria - Hybrid / 2-3 days Per week in Office

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Engagement Manager or in a similar project leadership role.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience in working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, or equivalent).
