In this pivotal role, you will lead the design and development of the propulsion plant for the Royal Navy’s next-generation SSNA submarine, overseeing all major systems and equipment, as well as specifying and supporting the procurement of propulsion components. This is a rare opportunity to influence a major defence programme from its early design stages, while also playing a key role in shaping and developing a high-performing engineering team.
