La Fosse have partnered with an industry leading Sports technology company scaling their AI capabilities and continuing to push the boundaries of real-time computer vision applications. They are looking for multiple Engineering Managers to join various project teams focused around building cutting edge solutions for athletes and sports teams.

Overview

The role is remote first within the UK, with a London office available if you prefer to work onsite. All applicants need to be UK based. No sponsorship offered.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple project teams to deliver real-time computer vision and AI-enabled solutions for athletes and sports teams.

Qualifications

• Experience leading others with a track record of mentoring, connecting with, and improving those around you.
• Strong technical proficiency in full-stack engineering, with experience in cloud-based systems/services. Advocate of TDD, CI/CD, and driving engineering practices across teams.
• Problem solving and critical thinking skills with the ability to develop novel solutions and think outside the box.
• Background in C# or Java or Node.
