Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing team of 5 senior engineers (Web, Mobile, QA, DevOps)
• Collaborate closely with our product team to shape and deliver the roadmap
• Drive architectural decisions and foster technical excellence
• Operate in a fully remote environment, optimising for async communication
• Contribute to hiring, mentoring, and team growth

What we are looking for

• 2+ years of experience in engineering leadership (Manager or Team Lead)
• Strong hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails and full-stack development
• Solid background in testing (RSpec), PostgreSQL, and CI/CD
• A passion for mentoring and a growth mindset
• Excellent communication skills, especially in remote settings
