Their platform helps hotels and resorts streamline operations, enhance guest experience, and maximise revenue through integrated tools covering reservations, e-commerce, experience management, and unified payments.Role OverviewWe are seeking an Engineering Lead to drive the development of a new white-label booking product, considered the business’s core E-commerce offering. Reporting directly into the Head of Engineering, this role combines hands-on engineering, technical leadership, and people management. You will lead a team of full-stack engineers while remaining actively involved in architecture and development, ensuring the booking platform is scalable, flexible, and delivers a seamless customer experience worldwide.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a team of full-stack engineers focused on delivering the white-label booking product.Maintain a balance between hands-on coding, technical oversight, and people management.Own the technical roadmap and architecture for the booking platform as the central E-commerce product.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product requirements with technical solutions.Drive innovation to ensure the product delivers best-in-class booking and shopping experiences.Maintain strong engineering practices, including code reviews, testing, and deployment.Ensure delivery is timely, scalable, and customer-centric.Required Skills/ExperienceStrong leadership experience managing full-stack engineering teams.Technical expertise across React, TypeScript, Node.js, and PHP (with Azure infrastructure).Proven experience in building and scaling e-commerce, booking, or B2C SaaS products.Strong problem-solving and architectural design capabilities.Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical stakeholders.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionSoftware Development #J-18808-Ljbffr
