We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Customer Solutions to lead our technical Hard Services RFP, RFQ responses across a fast-growing portfolio. You’ll sit at the intersection of HVAC engineering, commercial strategy, and MEP operations, bringing together internal teams to craft solutions that align with our customers' needs and sustainability goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the technical RFP and RFQ process from end to end
- Coordinate with engineering, sales, commercial, and operations to develop tailored solutions
- Drive stakeholder engagement, track timelines, and ensure quality submissions
- Validate solution feasibility and alignment with our technical and sustainability standards
- Standardise technical documentation and support contract-ready deliverables
- Continuously improve internal processes, templates, and workflows
What You Bring
- Around 10 years in engineering or technical project management, ideally in data centres or critical infrastructure hard services
- A proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder RFPs / RFQ
- Strong communication and documentation skills, with a detail-oriented mindset
- Familiarity with infrastructure systems (power, cooling, connectivity)
- Experience managing or guiding cross-functional teams
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Bluebeam Revu a plus
