Executive role for enterprise accounts in CPG/Retail software solutions. Our client is a world leader in the Task Management and Image Recognition space, offering the world’s fastest, most accurate, and integrated solution for smarter retail execution.

The position is for the US team and involves working in a 100% remote environment.

Responsibilities

  • Leverage your existing network of FMCG/CPG, Grocery, Supply Chain or Retail industry leaders to open doors to new opportunities.
  • Manage and execute sales outreach efforts (emails, calls, campaigns, etc.) to prospective customers directly and indirectly with the BDR team.
  • Conduct discovery/qualification, provide presentations, and perform software demos with prospective customers in the FMCG/CPG, Grocery, Supply Chain or Retail space.
  • Manage prospective customers in the sales funnel; collaborate with Pre-Sales Engineering to execute successful pilots.
  • Sales Pipeline Management; maintenance of opportunities and activities in Salesforce CRM.
  • Collaborate with leaders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to provide market feedback on how the platform is best used.

About You

  • Comfortable working in a 100% remote role.
  • Seasoned software sales veteran (7+ years) who understands go-to-market motions of FMCG/CPG, Grocery, Supply Chain or Retail manufacturers, brokers, and retailers; their data strategy; and the tech stack they use to manage their retail business.
  • Practice excellent discovery techniques and have a fully developed insight-selling and solution-based selling methodology.
  • Consultative approach — prefers strategic selling over transactional approaches.
  • History of setting big goals and strategically achieving them, personally and professionally.
  • Strong communication skills; good listener who ensures prospects feel heard.
  • Well-versed in Salesforce or other CRM tools.
  • Knowledgeable in multiple sales methodologies and able to anticipate which tactics fit different products or markets.
