Overview

We’re hiring an Enterprise Account Executive for our Sales Team to engage key decision-makers, forge impactful relationships with world‑class organizations, and drive the growth of Semrush.

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth through new customer acquisition, upselling, cross‑selling, and renewals.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, handling complex, longer‑term deals with multiple stakeholders.
  • Work closely with Sales Development, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to identify prospects, understand client needs, and build strong relationships.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of key customers, continuously generating new opportunities.
  • Collaborate on account plans and provide a value‑based selling experience powered by automation and customer insights.
  • Accurately forecast monthly/quarterly sales and retention for management.
  • Contribute feedback to refine lead generation playbooks and refine company best practices.
  • Travel may be recommended but is not required.

Qualifications

  • Proven 5+ years of enterprise or SaaS sales experience.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic.
  • A results‑driven mindset with a track record of exceeding targets.
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
  • Self‑starter who can work independently or as part of a team; experience in outbound‑based organizations is preferred.

Preferred (Not Required)

  • Experience selling to enterprise accounts in retail, finance, SaaS, or marketing agencies ($500M+ annual revenue).
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and data‑driven selling strategies.
  • Enthusiasm for fast‑paced, constantly evolving environments.
