Key Role Responsibilities
- Drive new business acquisition within enterprise-level accounts across the UK and EMEA.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to contract negotiation and close.
- Identify, engage, and nurture key stakeholders within target organisations.
- Develop tailored solutions that address client pain points and align with business goals.
- Collaborate closely with pre-sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management via CRM tools.
Key Attributes Required
- Proven experience (5+ years) in complex, enterprise SaaS sales with a hunter mentality.
- Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving or exceeding multi-million pound quotas.
- Skilled in navigating complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and long lead times.
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models and enterprise customer dynamics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience using structured sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger) is highly desirable.
- Must be UK-based with the right to work and willing to travel across EMEA as required.
