What You’ll Do
- Co‑lead the growth and development of the tech advisory and digital architecture practice within ZS’s Technology Services Group.
- Support practice senior leadership in thoughtware development, pipeline growth, relationship building, talent management and practice growth activities.
- Demonstrate leadership in Technology Consulting by bringing all aspects of tech-enabled transformations to clients in a consulting business model.
- Collaborate with clients and client service teams to understand problems, identify opportunities, and drive go‑to‑market strategy in co‑selling the practice area solutions and service offerings.
- Collaborate with business and domain partners to map processes to architecture blueprint and technology capabilities.
- Provide solid technical acumen with an architectural bent to solving business problems and client challenges.
- Offer the big picture as well as the 5K views of the technology landscape at the enterprise level.
- Co‑architect and co‑author whitepapers and point‑of‑views with practice leaders.
- Assimilate new knowledge quickly with deep digital, tech and business acumen.
- Co‑design and evolve practice services and offerings by bringing competitive insights and market perspectives.
- Represent the practice at firm and executive levels through effective communication and presentation skills.
- Build and manage client relationships, actively assessing and delivering relevant solutions and offerings.
- Drive new business by identifying leads, creating proposals, and facilitating client discussions and presentations.
- Monitor active leads, inform stakeholders of progress and outcomes, and manage risks.
- Lead and motivate diverse teams, provide coaching, and foster an innovative, inclusive work environment.
- Mentor junior consultants within the organization.
- Travel: Willingness to travel to meet client needs.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in STEM and/or master’s in niche technology streams (data, AI, computer applications, digital) etc.
- 10–12+ years of experience in technology and/or architectural consulting.
- Experience in architecture, software engineering, data and analytics.
- Pharmaceutical, biotech or similarly regulated environment experience is required.
- Strong understanding of EU work culture and fluency in relevant languages.
- In‑depth knowledge of EU architectural mandates, best practices and essential technology tools.
- Hands‑on experience leading, managing, or overseeing core development projects and engineering teams.
- PMO experience managing all aspects of a project SDLC, including agile methodologies and tools.
- Experience developing conceptual and enterprise architectures for large‑scale transformations.
- Experience managing large transformation programs with heavy tech enablement.
- Understanding of how data, AI, analytics, products, app stack and operating model fit into technology strategy for large transformations.
- Understanding of platform and infrastructure roles (cloud, on‑prem, security) for strategy recommendations.
- Ability to connect business processes to capability maps to tech stacks to architectural components to operating models.
- Ability to articulate solution, reference, and information architectures and integration frameworks.
- Understanding of RFPs, pricing strategies and consulting model possibilities.
- Experience with onshore‑offshore delivery, staff augmentation and vendor contracting.
- Leadership and mentoring experience, resolving conflicts and guiding team development.
- Interest in market awareness and emerging technologies.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance in life sciences and healthcare.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; excellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong work ethic, willingness to travel, self‑starter and good organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team; attention to detail and high‑quality deliverables.

Travel
