About
As a Customer Success Manager (CSM), you will be the trusted guide who helps new and existing customers extract maximum value from our platform. Your mission is to cultivate long-term relationships, drive product adoption, and turn satisfied users into enthusiastic advocates.
Job Overview
You will own the post-sale customer lifecycle for a portfolio of small-to-mid-market accounts—onboarding, training, usage expansion, renewals, and upsells. Working cross-functionally with Support, Product, and Sales, you will translate customer goals into action plans that boost retention and net-revenue growth.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead onboarding sessions and develop tailored success plans
- Monitor health scores, usage metrics, and trigger proactive outreach
- Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to showcase ROI and share best practices
- Troubleshoot product issues in partnership with Support and Engineering
- Identify expansion opportunities and collaborate with Account Executives on upsells/renewals
- Maintain accurate notes and forecasts in the CRM (Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce)
Qualifications
- 2–4 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or SaaS Support
- Proven track record of hitting retention/renewal targets
- Strong understanding of customer-health metrics and CS tooling (Gainsight, Catalyst, Totango)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills—able to translate data into stories
- Comfort juggling multiple accounts in a dynamic, fast-growth environment
Bonus Skills
- Experience in direct-mail, martech, or API-driven products
- Certification in CS frameworks (SuccessHACKER, Pragmatic)
