Overview
Enterprise Management Architect – Permanent opportunity in Basingstoke. On-site role with DV clearance requirements. Salary: 70,000 plus 10% DV allowance.
Responsibilities
- Join an existing Enterprise Management (EM) practice within a large global consultancy and work with Solution Owners to design new management systems for our largest customers.
- Analyse requirements, negotiate with stakeholders, and bring consensus in bids and delivery projects.
- Design and deploy IT management tools and integrations to create working, coherent systems.
- Produce technical designs, high-quality documentation, and plans that demonstrate secure, practical, and cost-effective solutions for customers and the organisation.
- Work with business IT infrastructures and the tools required to manage them efficiently, including monitoring, patching, and automation for Windows and Linux.
- Work with sensitive systems in secure environments and ensure high standards of data security in all deliverables.
Required qualifications and experience
- Eligibility to go through DV clearance; sole British nationals only.
- Experience with enterprise management toolsets, including but not limited to Zabbix, Elastic, Splunk, Microsoft System Centre Suite, ServiceNow.
- Knowledge of and experience with High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD).
- Experience working with stakeholders to analyse requirements, negotiate, and achieve consensus in bids and delivery projects.
- Experience with designing and deploying new tools and integrating them to create a working system.
- Experience with monitoring, patching, and automation for Windows and Linux in secure environments.
- Strong ability to produce technical documentation to a high standard and to document designs and plans formally.
