Overview
We are seeking a Sales Manager to accelerate our growth in the UK enterprise market. The role is hybrid (office + remote), focusing on enterprise acquisition, account growth, and partner engagement across cloud contact centre, CPaaS, and system integration offerings.
HookZ.ai is a Dubai-headquartered, AI-first enterprise communications company delivering next-gen Customer Experience (CX) and Employee Experience (EX) solutions.
- HookZ CX – Cloud Contact Centre platform for AI-driven, omnichannel engagement.
- HookZ Connect – CPaaS suite for SMS, RCS, and WhatsApp Business API.
- HookZ Systems – System integration services for Networking, Firewalls, and Cloud Security.

Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise sales in the UK, targeting CIOs, CTOs, and CX leaders.
- Drive adoption of HookZ CX, HookZ Connect, and HookZ Systems across key verticals.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, system integrators, and channel partners.
- Deliver accurate sales forecasts and meet quarterly revenue targets.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in enterprise B2B sales (telecom, SaaS, CCaaS, CPaaS, or system integration).
- Strong knowledge of contact centre, CPaaS, and security/networking solutions.
- Proven success in winning and managing enterprise accounts in the UK.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid model while engaging global teams.
