Associates work closely with consultants, build networks, and learn the fundamentals of recruitment in a supportive and structured environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Sourcing and interviewing candidates, both face-to-face and virtually
  • Supporting consultants in delivering high-quality shortlists for live vacancies
  • Assisting with client meetings, briefings, and recruitment campaigns
  • Creating engaging content to build market presence
  • Building confidence in business development with complete guidance and training
