Associates work closely with consultants, build networks, and learn the fundamentals of recruitment in a supportive and structured environment.
Key responsibilities
- Sourcing and interviewing candidates, both face-to-face and virtually
- Supporting consultants in delivering high-quality shortlists for live vacancies
- Assisting with client meetings, briefings, and recruitment campaigns
- Creating engaging content to build market presence
- Building confidence in business development with complete guidance and training
