Overview

EPM Consultant — Employment type: Permanent | Location: Remote (with ad hoc office visits)

The Opportunity:

SystemsAccountants has partnered with a leading Business Digital Transformation Consultancy who are looking for an experienced EPM Consultant to join their growing practice. This role will be focused on the delivery of BOARD MIT software for financial and enterprise planning & reporting.

What will I be doing?

• Design, develop, and implement solutions using Board (primarily) as well as other CPM platforms
• Business Process Optimisation: Analyse and enhance budgeting, forecasting, and reporting workflows
• Partner with finance and business teams to enhance financial planning, forecasting, and reporting processes
• Contribute to system optimisation and automation, ensuring best practices in data modelling and performance
• Provide technical expertise and user training to internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains
• Innovation: Contribute to the development of new Board-based tools and accelerators
• Thought Leadership: Stay current on CPM trends and share insights with the team

What skills do I need?

• 3-5 years hands-on experience with the Board platform (CPM focus)
• Solid understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Experience in project management and client-facing roles
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Bonus: Relevant certifications (e.g., CIMA, ACA, ACCA)
