Overview

We’re seeking an experienced Cutover Manager to lead the transition from legacy systems to EPR go-live. You’ll be responsible for delivering a comprehensive cutover plan, ensuring all readiness activities are in place, and driving a smooth, coordinated go-live in a complex healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the transition from legacy systems to EPR, with end-to-end ownership of the cutover process.
• Develop, maintain, and execute a comprehensive cutover plan in collaboration with stakeholders across functions.
• Coordinate readiness activities, including data migration, validation, testing, cutover events, and post-go-live support.
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure a successful go-live.
• Provide clear communication to senior stakeholders and project teams throughout the cutover.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in EPR cutover delivery within NHS or healthcare settings.
• Strong leadership in managing multi-disciplinary teams during high-pressure transitions.
• Ability to plan, coordinate, and execute complex cutover strategies.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
