We are looking for a Equality and Quality Supervisor to join our team.

Role summary

The Quality Team is responsible for key areas of the SQE: mitigating circumstance claims; appeals; complaints; and improper conduct and malpractice investigations. You’ll play a key lead role in investigating cases within each of these processes. You will prepare case files for consideration by the relevant panel of solicitors. You will record the minutes of the panel decisions. You will draft communications about the outcome from the panels to candidates.
