Equipment Service Engineer
Location: Ideally based in Kent (with travel across the West Midlands, South Wales & South West UK)

We’re currently looking for a proactive, hands-on Equipment Service Engineer to join our growing service team. In this dynamic role, you’ll be supporting a range of valued customers across the South East, West Midlands, South Wales, and South West UK—playing a key role in maintaining the high standards they rely on.

What You’ll Do
- Maintaining and servicing chemical dosing systems and installing new lines to support product trials.
- Responding swiftly to breakdowns to minimise downtime and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Supporting performance improvements and assisting in the design and setup of custom trial units tailored to specific applications.
- Managing and organising spare parts inventory to ensure quick access and system reliability.
- Contributing to the development and implementation of control systems that optimise dosing performance.
- Collaborating closely with customers and internal teams to deliver consistent, high-quality service.
What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for someone who combines technical know-how with excellent customer-facing skills. You’ll need:
- A Time-Served Apprenticeship, ONC, or higher qualification in Electrical Engineering (experience in water treatment or pulp & paper is a plus).
- 2+ years’ experience in industrial equipment servicing or maintenance.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively.
- Good IT skills and written communication abilities.
- Flexibility to travel and stay away overnight when required.
- Experience or interest in automation or project management is an advantage
- A full UK driving license is essential
