Your Role: Driving AI-Powered Transformation

As our ERP AI Integration Lead, you will integrate AI-driven enhancements into product development, ensuring smart solutions that streamline processes and boost capabilities. You will define strategic product roadmaps, rapidly prototype game-changing AI applications, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into real business impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Spearhead AI integration into engineering workflows and product development.
• Prototype data-driven solutions leveraging AI and machine learning.
• Shape product roadmaps to address customer needs and emerging market trends.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• A PhD is a plus.

Experience

• 5+ years in AI, machine learning, or data science roles.
• Proven success in developing and launching data-driven SaaS or enterprise products.
• Expertise in MLOps pipelines and cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with ERP systems and the discrete manufacturing industry.
• Leadership experience mentoring data scientists and developers.

Skills & Knowledge

• Strong programming skills in Python, R, Java.
• Deep understanding of machine learning, deep learning, and AI techniques.
• Experience with data engineering tools and frameworks.
• Solid grasp of cloud computing platforms and MLOps best practices.
