ERP Finance Implementation Consultant

New Today

About Enapps Enapps ERP is an independent UK‑based software company delivering a modern, fully integrated ERP platform for SMEs across manufacturing, distribution, construction and service sectors. Founded in 2011, we have built a strong reputation for robust end‑to‑end ERP, trusted by a growing list of clients who value both the strength of our product and the flexibility of our approach. The Role We are hiring an ERP Finance Implementation Consultant to join our UK team and take ownership of the finance workstream across multiple SME ERP implementations. Our Finance module is proven and comprehensive, meaning implementations are focused on clarity, assurance, and adoption rather than heavy customisation. You will work with client finance teams to map requirements, configure the system, guide best practices, and ensure reconciliations and sign‑offs are delivered with confidence. Because of the breadth of our client base, this is a multi‑project role – you will manage several finance implementation streams in parallel, each at different stages of design, build, UAT and go‑live. Responsibilities
Lead finance discovery and design workshops with SME accounting teams. Configure ERP Finance (GL, AP, AR, VAT, fixed assets, stock accounting, GRNI, WIP, intercompany, consolidations, automations). Manage the finance data migration process with our in‑house migration specialists – define scope, monitor quality, and secure sign‑off. Deliver finance training, support UAT, and guide go‑live readiness. Act as the Finance Subject Matter Expert for existing clients – advising on best practice, resolving finance‑related queries, and supporting them beyond go‑live. Showcase new features and best practices to existing clients. Contribute to our Accounting Implementation Kit: templates, checklists, reconciliation guides, and user documentation. Work closely with the product and support team to provide feedback, suggest enhancements, and contribute ideas for future features and improvements.
What You Bring
ACCA / CIMA qualified or part‑qualified, or equivalent ERP finance implementation experience. 3–5+ years’ experience in ERP or systems‑focused accounting roles (NetSuite, Business Central, Sage, SAP B1 or similar). Solid understanding of UK finance processes: VAT (including edge cases), GRNI, WIP, CIS, accruals/prepayments, debtor/creditor reconciliations, intercompany, consolidations. Confident English communication skills – able to lead workshops, explain clearly, and challenge constructively. Strong Excel skills; comfortable working with system development concepts (no coding required). Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with precision and clear client communication.
Why Join Enapps At Enapps, you will see the direct impact of your work on client success. We combine the discipline of a software company with the adaptability of a consulting firm. Our people are expected to engage actively with clients, think differently, and work together to deliver solutions that last. We value openness, skill, and ownership – and we look for colleagues who want to raise the bar while keeping a practical, collaborative approach. Package
Starting Salary: £50k‑£60k DOE + performance bonus 25 Days Annual Leave. Health Insurance. Company Events.
Location and Remote Work This is a remote‑first role, but it is not “remote‑only”. You will spend most of your time working from home, balanced with regular client visits and team days – typically around one day a week. The role requires active engagement, discipline, and ownership: it suits someone who thrives on autonomy and direct client interaction, not someone looking to hide behind a screen. #J-18808-Ljbffr
