Role

Our client is seeking an experienced ERP HR Reporting Business Analyst to support its SAP implementation programme (SAPPHIRE). You will work closely with HR and IT teams to define, build, and optimise HR reports using SAP SuccessFactors and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), ensuring data-driven decision-making across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and deliver SAP HR reporting solutions (Story Reports, SAC).
• Gather and translate business requirements into technical specs.
• Cleanse and model HR data for reporting.
• Conduct UAT and support hypercare post go-live.
• Bridge HR and IT teams, ensuring stakeholder alignment.

What the client is looking for

Essential:

• 8+ years’ BA experience with SAP HR/SuccessFactors
• Process mapping (Visio, BPMN) and SOP documentation
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills

Desirable:

• SAP modules (PA, OM, PY), SAP BW, SAP Query
• Experience in large-scale ERP transformations
• Ingentis org.manager experience
