About the Roles:

Estimator

We are seeking an experienced Estimator with a strong commercial focus and a proven ability to develop accurate, competitive tender submissions. The successful candidate will work closely with both internal teams and external supply chain partners to evaluate costs and ensure commercially sound proposals.

Bid Writer

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Bid Writer to take ownership of our written tender responses. The role requires the ability to produce clear, compelling and technically accurate PQQ and ITT submissions, collaborating with various departments to develop high-quality content that reflects our capabilities and approach.

Candidate Requirements:

Relevant experience in the construction or built environment sector

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Organised, professional and collaborative in approach
