Enchampion is a Chinese start-up and a purely commercial company, specializing in the design and manufacturing of key satellite component products, such as solar panels and batteries. Additionally, we are in the process of developing other related products.

Position: Europe Market Development Manager

We are currently seeking a Europe Market Development Manager for Enchampion, with a focus on European satellite companies. This is a part-time position that allows for remote work, and the successful candidate will not be required to work from our company headquarters. The scope of responsibility covers the entire European region.

Notice:

This is a part-time role with a task-based reward structure. If the candidate succeeds in initiating a sustainable long-term relationship with key contacts at the target companies, they will receive a £1000 reward. If they successfully close a deal, they will receive a 0.5% commission based on pre-tax sales revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

·Business Opportunity Exploration: Leverage your existing network within the satellite design and aerospace manufacturing industries to proactively reach out to key personnel, including procurement managers and satellite design in-charges, in European satellite companies. Identify and explore new business opportunities that align with our company's products and services.

·Market Understanding and Adaptation: Thoroughly understand the complex dynamics and unique characteristics of the aerospace sector in the target European regions. Navigate through regulatory, competitive, and technological challenges to position our company effectively in the market.

Ideal Skills and Qualifications

·Industry Network and Experience: Demonstrate a robust network within the satellite design industry. Have a proven track record of success in the aerospace and satellite business, with experience in business development, sales, or related functions.

·Negotiation Skills: Possess excellent negotiation skills to establish and maintain beneficial partnerships with potential clients and partners. Be able to effectively communicate and advocate for our company's interests while ensuring mutual benefits.

·Regulatory Knowledge: Ideally, have some knowledge of export control regulations and customs tax policies relevant to the aerospace industry. This knowledge will help in facilitating smooth business operations and compliance with international trade laws.

·Communication and Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential. Be able to build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders in the European satellite design companies. Excellent written and verbal communication in English is required, and proficiency in other European languages would be a plus.

·Self-Motivation and Independence: As a remote part-time role, the candidate should be self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Have the ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines while working remotely.
