European Logistics Lead – Shape the Future of Supply Chain at Solenis

Location: Flexible within Europe (Preferred: Germany, Netherlands, UK, Poland, Spain, Sweden, Norway)

Now, we’re looking for a European Logistics Lead to join our growing Supply Chain team and drive world-class logistics performance across our Consumer and Industrial Solutions businesses.

Lead Logistics Performance Across Europe

Own and drive a $43M+ logistics operation with our factories and warehouses across Europe towards our customers. Lead a high-impact team and manage our 4PL partner in Poland. Actively represent the supply chain function towards business leaders across Europe. Play a critical role in defining and implementing long-term logistics strategy while acting as the key link between commercial, factory, and supply chain teams.

This is a pivotal role for an experienced supply chain leader who thrives in a fast-paced, matrix environment and is eager to influence performance at scale.

What You’ll Do

Drive Operational Excellence

• Lead transport performance across factories and warehouses in Europe
• Monitor and improve 4PL delivery, complaint resolution, and claims management
• Continuously improve logistics performance
• Implement and manage airfreight approvals and urgent shipment processes
  
  

• Co-create a 3–5-year logistics strategy with regional leaders
• Collaborate with procurement to define tender strategies for road, ocean, and multimodal freight
  
  

• Represent Consumer & Industrial Solutions (CS/IS) supply chain in monthly commercial leadership reviews
• Liaise with senior commercial leaders and factories to align service expectations and performance
• Co-develop supply chain solutions for new customers, markets, and product lines
  
  

• Champion cross-functional improvement projects
• Enhance supply chain visibility through digital tools and dashboards
  
  

• Degree in a business-related field
• Extensive logistics experience
• Proven success working cross-functionally in matrix organizations
• Solid track record leading transformative changes in logistics/supply chain
• Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder influence skills
• Fluent in English and comfortable working across cultures
• Willingness to travel across Europe as needed
