Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a team of three sales professionals across Germany and the Netherlands Manage and grow relationships with key retail partners within the region Identify and secure new business opportunities with retailers not currently trading Oversee and strengthen distributor, agent, and direct partner relationships Take ownership of sales performance, profitability, and forecasting Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform strategic planning Represent the brand at relevant trade events across Europe
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience managing [non-food] retail accounts across Germany and/or the Netherlands Previous leadership or team‑management experience (direct or indirect) Strong commercial and negotiation skills Experience in category management and strategic planning Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships across cultures Comfortable opening new retail partnerships and driving market penetration German and English speaker
