Due to business wins, we are looking for Event Project Manager's to join our Strategic Meetings Management team dedicated to a pharmaceutical client. You will have expertise in end-to-end event delivery from venue sourcing right though to final reconciliation, feedback and data reporting. You will be responsible for delivering events in both the UK and Overseas, a knowledge of venues in Southern Ireland would be advantageous. You are at ease guiding your stakeholders, working independently and calling on your wider team to collaborate with. You are comfortable in your pharmaceutical compliance knowledge, thrive on juggling multiple projects and get a great satisfaction of seeing it all come together onsite!

As an Event Project Manager, you will:
- Have ownership for the end-to-end delivery of event projects assigned to you
- Engage, contract and supervise external suppliers, build and maintain effective relationships with your vendors / suppliers on behalf of the client
- Consult with stakeholders to gather all requirements to deliver the right event solution to meet their objectives
- Organise and deliver face to face, virtual and hybrid meetings and events
- Consistently apply and demonstrate our expertise to our clients
- Financial responsibility of the event budget – from budget preparation to final reconciliation
- Communication – listening, written and verbal - able to interpret our client’s objectives to be delivered into all aspects of their event
- Ability to instil confidence in your clients that we are experts in our field
- Proven end to end worldwide pharmacuetical event delivery experience
- Meeting technology and delegate registration knowledge and expertise
- Excellent attention to detail and budgeting management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft office applications
- Ability to react, think on your feet, offer solutions, work on multiple projects and timelines at once
- Ability to travel regularly in the UK and Overseas
You might also have:
- Virtual meeting platform and event mobile app experience
- Event Management Degree
You should know:
- Role is UK remote based
- You must have the ability to travel within the UK and Overseas, this may include weekends
- You must have the right to work in the UK
