Compensation: Unpaid volunteer role to start, with a clear path to a paid position as Evntful grows.
Evntful is redefining dating for the real world. We help singles aged 25–35 get off the apps and into real experiences such as cooking classes, creative workshops, wellness socials, and immersive nights out. Featured by the BBC, we’re building a safer, more authentic way to meet and connect.
The Role
We’re looking for a passionate, people‑first Event Manager to help scale Evntful’s events and partnerships across London. You will lead venue outreach, shape exciting experiences, and ensure each event runs smoothly from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Lead venue outreach and partnership acquisition, onboarding unique venues that fit our brand.
- Schedule and manage events, attending them until venue teams are confident in the Evntful process.
- Design clear event guides for venues and team members.
- Lead university ambassador events, planning and setup across campuses.
- Participate in weekly 30‑minute planning calls, update on Slack, and coordinate on‑ground logistics.
- Attend and support events you arrange, ensuring a great guest experience.
What We’re Looking For
- Confident communicator who enjoys building relationships.
- Organised, proactive, and detail‑oriented.
- Creative thinker passionate about social experiences.
- Based in or able to travel to London.
- Comfortable leading small teams and working independently.
- Flexible 8–12 hours per week (mostly evenings and weekends).
- Experience in events, hospitality, or partnerships is a plus.
