Job Description:

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Health Economist to join an innovative and growing consulting team with a strong staff retention record.

The role offers the chance to lead and expand the health economic modelling team, develop growth strategies, and drive business development in a highly innovative firm.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, expand, and manage a team of health economic modellers
• Develop growth strategies for health economics
• Drive business development with leadership
• Manage end-to-end project delivery, client relationships, and team management

Ideal profile:

• 8+ years in a relevant consulting role
• Experience with NICE/SMC/UK HTA is desirable but not essential
• Strong project management, mentorship, and business development skills

Full remote flexibility is available, with occasional team meet-ups and conferences. Compensation includes a competitive base salary, bonus, commission, and potential long-term equity.
