Our client is building out a next-generation CRM proposition and is seeking a senior leader to shape how they deliver CRM capability, marketing technology, and client transformation programmes. This is an exciting opportunity to take a strong but early-stage capability and help grow it into a market-leading offering.

The Role
The successful candidate will sit at the intersection of CRM, campaign technology, and consultancy – guiding clients through how to get the most out of their martech investments, and leading a growing internal capability team. This is a senior position overseeing capability, tools, and client delivery.

  • Acting as the senior lead for CRM capability and martech, ensuring clients receive best-in-class solutions and execution.
  • Leading RFPs and vendor selection processes, running pitches, and advising clients on the right tools and approaches (e.g. Braze, Adobe, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Unica).
  • Assessing clients’ CRM maturity, auditing existing tech stacks, and recommending roadmaps to unlock next-level customer engagement.
  • Overseeing implementation projects delivered by the internal team – from martech consultants and automation specialists through to campaign operations.
  • Coaching and developing a talented, ambitious team (currently Salesforce-centric) to broaden capability across platforms and future skills.
  • Partnering closely with strategy leads, project managers, and client stakeholders to bring together technology, campaigns, and customer journeys.

What We’re Looking For

  • Deep knowledge of CRM and marketing automation tools, with broad cross-platform understanding (not just one vendor).
  • Proven ability to manage RFPs, vendor selection, and client pitches – confident advising senior stakeholders at pace.
  • Experience designing CRM/campaign solutions and advising on how to optimise customer journeys through technology.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of growing and coaching teams.
  • Energy, presence, and a collaborative mindset – able to inspire both clients and colleagues in a fast-moving, innovative environment.
  • Agency/consultancy experience is an advantage but not essential; strong client-side profiles will also be considered if the martech/CRM depth is there.

Location & Travel
This is an EMEA role and can be based in the UK, Netherlands, or elsewhere in Europe (time zones permitting). Regular presence in the Netherlands will be required (monthly), with occasional time in London.
