Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Executive Personal Assistant to support a driven UK-based property entrepreneur. This pivotal role involves managing both business and personal administration, enabling the client to focus on strategic growth while ensuring the day-to-day operations of his company and personal life run seamlessly.
As the right-hand to a busy property professional, you will need exceptional organisational skills, an ownership mindset, and the ability to systemise workflows. This is a rewarding opportunity for an experienced EA/PA who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-faceted environment.
Key Responsibilities
Business Support
- Manage emails, calendar, meetings, and appointments to optimise productivity.
- Handle supplier relationships and oversee ordering processes (e.g., liaising with suppliers such as Travis Perkins).
- Oversee contract administration, ensuring all agreements are properly drafted, filed, and tracked.
- Manage financial admin, including invoicing, VAT returns, and maintaining accurate receipt records.
- Delegate smaller tasks to subcontractors and track commissions for property-related jobs.
- Develop and implement systems to streamline ordering, admin, and operational processes.
Personal Support
- Coordinate personal activities such as triathlon/Ironman competition entries and scheduling.
- Manage personal admin including insurance renewals and household-related tasks.
- Oversee household renovations and ensure associated administrative tasks are efficiently handled.
- Provide holistic support to ensure smooth running of all aspects of life and work.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role supporting senior management.
- Prior experience in the property industry is highly desirable.
- Strong organisational and systems-thinking skills, with the ability to create and maintain efficient workflows.
- Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
- Tech-savvy, with proficiency in productivity tools and remote working platforms.
- Full-time availability and flexibility to respond to evolving priorities.
- Reliable internet connection and access to a laptop or PC.
