Position: Producer/DirectorType: Independent ContractorCompensation: $100–$175/hourLocation: RemoteDuration: 6 weeksCommitment: 20–40 hours/week Role Responsibilities

Write tasks and scenarios reflecting real-world production and direction based on professional experience. Create realistic situations involving project development, creative vision execution, budget management, crew coordination, talent direction, and production scheduling. Develop scenarios for script development, pre-production planning, on-set decision-making, post-production oversight, managing creative conflicts, working with stakeholders, handling production challenges, and delivering projects on deadline. Review and evaluate AI responses to production and direction queries for accuracy and professional standards. Provide detailed feedback on production and direction scenarios to improve AI training. Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while contributing to cutting-edge AI research.

Qualifications

4+ years professional experience as a producer, director, showrunner, or production manager in media/entertainment organizations. Demonstrated professional recognition and management responsibilities. Proficient with using computers and navigating various software systems. Excellent written communication with strong grammar and spelling skills. Pass video interview, background check, training, and qualification quiz.

Preferred

14 years experience preferred.
