The Ideal Partner Profile

You are an established recruitment professional who:

  • Has 5-10 years of proven recruitment experience with a track record of successful placements and client relationships in your local market.
  • Is ready for independence - You have been thinking about starting your own operation but want the backing of an established brand
  • OR has recently launched an independent recruitment business and seeks strategic partnership to accelerate growth
  • Possesses strong industry networks and the ability to generate business through existing relationships
  • Values collaboration while maintaining entrepreneurial drive
  • Understands market dynamics, cultural nuances, and regulatory environment
  • Has the ambition to build a sustainable, profitable recruitment operation

Requirements

Essential

  • Minimum 5 years recruitment experience
  • Demonstrated ability to manage full recruitment lifecycle independently
  • Strong client relationship management skills
  • Self-starter mentality with business development capabilities
  • Strong understanding of employment law and recruitment practices
  • Excellent communication skills (fluency in English essential)

Desirable

  • Existing client base or business pipeline
  • Specialization in high-demand sectors
  • Experience with recruitment technology and CRM systems
  • Previous experience running a business or managing P&L
  • Established network within your business community
