The Ideal Partner Profile
You are an established recruitment professional who:
- Has 5-10 years of proven recruitment experience with a track record of successful placements and client relationships in your local market.
- Is ready for independence - You have been thinking about starting your own operation but want the backing of an established brand
- OR has recently launched an independent recruitment business and seeks strategic partnership to accelerate growth
- Possesses strong industry networks and the ability to generate business through existing relationships
- Values collaboration while maintaining entrepreneurial drive
- Understands market dynamics, cultural nuances, and regulatory environment
- Has the ambition to build a sustainable, profitable recruitment operation
Requirements
Essential
- Minimum 5 years recruitment experience
- Demonstrated ability to manage full recruitment lifecycle independently
- Strong client relationship management skills
- Self-starter mentality with business development capabilities
- Strong understanding of employment law and recruitment practices
- Excellent communication skills (fluency in English essential)
Desirable
- Existing client base or business pipeline
- Specialization in high-demand sectors
- Experience with recruitment technology and CRM systems
- Previous experience running a business or managing P&L
- Established network within your business community
