Executive Search Consultant role at 3Search, a commercial recruitment agency fueling growth by finding talent to power revenue engines. Based in Soho, London – Hybrid, focusing on Marketing, Commercial/GTM, or Digital. Moving from 360 recruitment into executive search.

The Role

This is your opportunity to join our growing Executive Search team. You’ll work on senior mandates across senior marketing, digital, and commercial roles while building a market-leading candidate network. This role is candidate/delivery-focused supporting 4 work-winning Partners.

What You’ll Do

• Build and manage deep networks of senior talent in marketing and sales
• Run executive-level search projects, including retained and exclusive work
• Deliver market mapping and competitor analysis
• Manage complex negotiations with clients and candidates
• Contribute to thought leadership, insights, and market commentary
• Collaborate with our team to smash both individual and team targets
• Champion the 3Search brand with pride and integrity

Qualifications & Experience

• 3+ years in contingent recruitment
• Experience running senior-level searches
• A proven track record of meeting/exceeding revenue targets
• Outstanding relationship and stakeholder management skills
• A curious, commercially-minded individual with big ideas and energy
• Someone who enjoys collaboration and feedback
• Someone who still loves recruitment
