Experienced Recruitment Consultant – Marketing or Sales & Investor Relations

We’re now looking for an experienced agency recruiter to join our growing team, focusing on either marketing or sales & investor relations.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing the full recruitment process across marketing or sales & investor relations roles
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with leading clients and senior candidates
• Sourcing and engaging top talent through market mapping and networking
• Writing and managing job adverts and candidate pipelines
• Providing a consultative approach to recruitment, grounded in market knowledge and insight
• Working closely with experienced consultants across other specialist areas

What we’re looking for:

• At least 1 year of experience in agency recruitment (essential)
• Background in recruiting within marketing or sales & investor relations – financial services experience is preferred but not essential
• A confident relationship-builder with a professional, consultative approach
• Commercially minded, motivated, and capable of working autonomously
• Organised, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities
• Enjoys working in a collaborative, close‑knit team environment
