The Agency
A leading brand activation agency, experts in experiential events, working with household name brands. They deliver brand engagement projects at home, in-store, out of home, or online.
The Role
Leading one of their key FMCG clients, managing strategic client relationships to promote agency services for seasonal activations, experiential events, pop-ups, sampling campaigns, and product launches across the UK.
You will strategise messaging and brand delivery objectives, oversee delivery from initial brief to client-facing execution, manage event project managers, and maintain client communication.
Responsibilities include:
- Client relationship and account management
- Account growth through cross-selling and upselling
- Achieving revenue growth targets
- Managing proposals, pitches, and submissions
- Understanding client brand objectives
- Representing the agency at event sites
- Overseeing project schedules and budgets
- Forecasting and reconciliation of budgets
- Attending large events onsite
The Candidate
Ideal candidates have experience in client-facing relationship management within an events agency or FMCG in-house, with a track record of account growth and working towards targets.
