A Property Company is seeking a Facilities Management Administrator / Co-Ordinator to support a team of FM professionals in the West London / Berkshire area.
Responsibilities include:
- Liaising with service partners to ensure risk assessments and method statements are completed and filed prior to work execution.
- Producing monthly performance reports on service partners and managing invoicing.
- Updating the H&S platform, raising POs, and instructing and following up on works.
- Communicating directly with tenants both verbally and in writing, requiring strong interpersonal skills.
Essential Experience: Experience working for a service provider, client side, managing agent, or developer operator is crucial.
