A Property Company is seeking a Facilities Management Administrator/Coordinator to support a team of FM professionals in the West London/Berkshire area.
Daily responsibilities include liaising with service partners to ensure completion and filing of risk assessments and method statements before work begins, producing monthly performance reports, managing service partner invoicing, updating the H&S platform, raising POs, and instructing and following up on works.
The role involves significant direct communication with tenants, both verbal and written, requiring strong interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate should be highly customer-centric and organized.
Essential Experience
- Experience working for a service provider, on the client side, as a managing agent, or with a developer/operator is essential.
