Compensation

• Compensation Type: Fee-for-Service
• Estimated Remuneration: 400,000
• Billing Split: 82/18%

Benefits and Incentives

• Vacation Leave: Determined by the Physician
• Other Benefits/Incentives: We offer a founder-level billing split for the next two physicians at this location; 1:1 MOA-to-Physician ratio for personalized support; Flexible scheduling (part-time or full-time options); Weekend shifts available for those who want to maximize earnings
