Role Summary

We’re looking for a Family Solicitor to focus exclusively on private family work. The role will cover divorce, financial settlements, and children matters, giving you the opportunity to develop trusted relationships with clients while building a high-quality caseload. With hybrid working and a competitive salary, the role offers fast-track progression for those with the ambition to shape the department’s future.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise private clients on divorce, financial remedies, and child arrangements — guiding them through sensitive situations with clarity and care
• Manage your own caseload while working closely with colleagues on more complex or high-value matters
• Build strong, long-term client relationships, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor
• Contribute to the department’s growth, with clear scope to influence its direction
• Support junior colleagues, helping to shape the team’s future talent

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor with experience in private family law
• Strong technical knowledge in divorce, finance, and children matters
• Excellent client care skills with a discreet and professional approach
• Commercially minded with ambition to progress quickly to director level
